M.S. Students:

• Departmental M.S. Check List (pdf)
• Departmental Thesis Proposal Form (to accompany your thesis proposal; proposals are due Feb 15 for students entering in Fall)
• Departmental Thesis Defense Approval Form (please type, obtain signatures, and submit to DGS 3 weeks prior to your exam)
• Graduate School forms (including Transfer of Credit, Application for Degree, Request for Final Examination (thesis defense), Thesis Approval, Request for Degree Certification)

Ph.D. Students:
